Chafe
I like this photo. Salvadore Dali of course. It sums up crazy Spaniardness and increadible greasy heat in the middle of the Spanish badlands with nothing but a scrawny goat and a tuxedo for company. Splendid. There used to be a cafe down the road from me called "Salvadore Deli", with a cool surrealist decor, but it shut.
Only a few days until the move now, this lunchtime I'm off to withdraw an obscene amount of money from the bank (more than I've ever withdrawn at once, actually), and then hand it over to the bloodsuckers so I can have somewhere to live. I'll take lots of photos of the place on saturday, more if the rechargable ni-mh batteries I ordered on sunday ever turn up (anyone ever order from Jessops online?), which I'm a trifle doubtful of as I have received no email confirmation from them. Sods.
Oh yes, and when we're on the brink of WAR, please do not wake me up with the testing of the civil defense klaxxons, ok? Honestly, I nearly laid an egg. Some civil service lackey was no doubt having a nice little smirk to himself as he set them off. Los Bastardos.
